Nathan E. (‘25) - CIF Southern Section Division 4 Pole Vault Champion
On May 11 at the CIF Southern Section Championships Nathan was crowned champion in the Division 4 Pole Vault. Nathan brought home the second CIFSS Championship in de Toledo High School history.

After finishing third in 2023 and being the top returning athlete in 2024 Nathan entered this season with his sights on the title. Nathan was the number one ranked D4 Pole Vaulter all year. Along the way in Nathan’s impressive season the junior improved his personal best by over two feet and secured a Liberty League title on his journey to qualifying for the CIF Championship Meet. At CIF Championships Nathan cleared 14’1”, won the title, and qualified for the CIF Masters meet a week later. At Masters Nathan improved again, ending his season with a vault of 14 '6'' and placed 13th out of all high school boys across the four divisions in the Southern Section.

Located in the San Fernando Valley portion of the City of Los Angeles in Northern Los Angeles County. de Toledo High School is accredited by the California Association of Independent Schools (CAIS), the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) and Builders of Jewish Education (BJE,) and financially supported by the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles and the Jim Joseph Foundation.
