The Contemporary Jewish Museum Announces Winners of its First Annual Jewish Education and Technology Awards
(San Francisco, CA, October 15, 2014) The Contemporary Jewish Museum (The CJM) announces the winners of its first annual JET (Jewish Education and Technology) Awards, recognizing Jewish day school classroom teachers who demonstrate outstanding experimentation with educational technology and reinvigorate the teaching of Jewish holidays, values, text, and history with a multi-disciplinary approach that emphasizes creativity and critical thinking.
The winners include Anat Keren of Hochberg Preparatory, Aventura, FL (elementary school category); Idit Bendavid of Epstein School, Atlanta; GA (middle school category); and Etan Kelman, New Community Jewish High School, West Hills, CA (high school category).
